Process to setup appointment was very easy. A window for arrival was provided via text . Showed up on time. Work was completed and I am very satisfied! It looks so good. My house was pretty dirty mildew, cobwebs, dried on dead bugs. Lived in house 10 yrs never been clean. I had been putting it off but now I cant stop looking at how clean it is and wish I would have done sooner. I'll be calling in spring to do my deck.
Response from the owner:Pauline, thank you for the wonderful review. We’re glad the booking was simple, our team arrived within the text window, and the cleaning made such a noticeable difference. We appreciate you trusting us with this project, and we look forward to helping with your deck in the spring.

I recently had "A Step Up" clean my house, deck and windows. I had used their service before for window cleaning and was so impressed that I took one of their package deals to complete more services this time. So glad that I did! I could not be more pleased. Trevor did a marvelous job, was very professional and made sure I was happy with the work he completed. I highly recommend this company. They are customer focused and make a commitment to good service.
Response from the owner:Thank you for your fantastic review, Debra! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with us and that your windows look wonderful. We appreciate your kind words about our communication and responsiveness. We look forward to being your go-to for window cleaning in the future!
